Hereby grants UPURBIZ and its affiliates, agents, representatives, licensees, and sublicensees the irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free right and permission to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the Client's image, name, logo, and any other materials provided by the Client in connection with the promotion and sale of the Client's products.
This authorization includes, but is not limited to:
Online Store: Sale of products with the brand's logo, colors, and name.
Marketing Materials: Use in marketing materials, advertising, social media, websites, and any other communication media.
Labels and Packaging:Inclusion in labels, product packaging, and other elements related to the sale of the Client's products.
Promotional Campaigns:Participation in promotional campaigns.
Terms of Use
1. Purpose:The image and other materials will be used exclusively for promotional and sales purposes of the Client's products.
2. Duration: This authorization will be valid for the duration of the contract between the Client and UPURBIZ.
3. Revocation: The Client may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice to UPURBIZ with a 30-day notice period. The revocation will not affect the use of the image and other materials that have already been used before the revocation date.
4. Compensation: The Client acknowledges that they will not receive additional compensation for the use of their image and other materials beyond the benefits agreed upon in the main service contract.
Confirmation of Acceptance
The Client declares and warrants that they have all necessary rights to grant this authorization and that the use of the image and other materials will not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
